Menu & image sources
Reem Al Bawadi in Tla’a Al Ali, Amman, Jordan. Reviewed 7 September 2026.
The menu and prices
The official Instagram account links to this Flowcode menu link, which redirects to the original PDF. It downloaded normally and all 30 pages were reviewed. Both links returned the same file.
The PDF was created on 16 July 2022. Being linked today does not confirm that its prices were recently updated. The interactive menu preserves 112 item and size rows across 11 sections. Prices are in Jordanian dinars, with sales tax additional as stated in the source. Please confirm prices and availability directly.
Read the complete original PDF. Every menu item also links to its original source page. An external menu on dahabweb.com was not used because an official connection could not be verified.
Location, phone and reservations
- Official Facebook page: Tla’a Al Ali, Amman; 06 551 5419; daily 12 noon to midnight. Facebook indicates the hours were updated about four years ago. Please confirm by phone.
- The phone number and founding year, 1989, also appear in Instagram’s bio.
- Jordan Restaurant Association: 63 Mohammad Al Fayyad Al Assaf Street, near Waha Circle. Its hours differ, so the restaurant’s Facebook hours are shown with a confirmation note.
- Reservations and enquiries go directly to the published phone number. There is no automated booking confirmation.
Image review and coverage
All published image files were checked. Verified individual dish photographs are linked to 18 of the 112 item and size rows. The remaining rows are intentionally presented as text: no matching individual photograph could be confidently established from the reviewed official menu and social posts. Group photographs are not assigned to unrelated dishes.
- Official mezze photo, 15 February 2023: cropped photographs of hummus with meat and raw kibbeh.
- Second official mezze photograph: stuffed grape leaves and green olives. These are small crops and are displayed without artificial enlargement in details.
- Official mixed-grill photo, 5 September 2022: a banquet platter. Its detail view explicitly states that the pictured quantity is not a single menu portion.
- Tea and coffee are cropped from original menu page 28. Shrimp appears on menu page 20; its photographed serving weight is unspecified and this is stated beside the item details.
- Other food photographs and the complete gallery come from official PDF pages 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28. Actual restaurant-building and Arabian-tent photographs come from the official Instagram account.
Logo, typography and motion
- The gold logo is extracted from the official Facebook profile image, preserving its letters, drawing, colours and proportions. The original was retained after a refinement test.
- English is the default, with an Arabic switch. The photographed English dish names have a heavy condensed style. Impact is used where installed, with self-hosted Anton as the closest available fallback. This is a visual match, not a confirmed identification of the original typeface. PDF cover font metadata does not establish the font in the scanned menu pages. Arabic keeps Amiri and Tajawal.
- Mansaf, chicken and the real tent photograph were enhanced with Topaz High Fidelity V2 through fal.ai. Three five-second Kling 3 Pro clips were generated from the restaurant’s original mansaf, chicken and shrimp photographs, then visually reviewed and compressed. They are animated photographs, not live footage of the restaurant.
- Final images and videos are hosted with the site on Cloudflare. Video loading follows visibility, with original-image alternatives and reduced-motion/data-saving preferences respected. No fal.ai key is included in the published site.
